Nagaland state Food & Civil Supplies department has providing Ration card related information from official website http://fcs.nagaland.gov.in . People can check their Ration card details like as Procedure for apply New Ration card, Ration card application form, Check Ration card beneficiaries list 2017, Current Ration card Schemes, List of Ration shop (FPD) Details and more.

Nagaland Ration Card Details   

Current available Schemes subsidy Programmes  in  Nagaland State Food & Civil Supplies Department, Till further Order from the Ministry, GoI. 
1) Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) : Old people, widows, disabled person, without family or societal support, landless labourer.

2) Priority Household (PHH) : Landless labourers, marginal farmers, person earning their livelihood on a daily wages and family with yearly income of Rs.1,50,000/- below.

3) Welfare Institutions & Hostels Scheme : Those Registered Institution running for the Welfare of the people/Society. Forms are issued from the Directorate of F&CS, Dimapur.

4) SC/ST/OBC Hostels Scheme :  Those hostels with ¾ of the students from SC/ST/OBC and are registered as “Registered Hostel(s)” in the Department of Higher Education, Nagaland, Kohima. Forms are issued from the Directorate of F&CS, Dimapur.

Procedure for distribution of the subsidy

AAY Scheme – Foograins procured from FCI at Govt. subsidized rate of Rs.3.00 per kg for Rice and are being distributed to the identified beneficiaries at the same rate on production of Special Ration Cards been issued to them through FPS/VCs outlet at the scale of 35 kgs per household per month.

PHH Scheme –Welfare Institution & Hostels Scheme – Foodgrains procured from FCI at BPL rate mentioned above and distributed through the State Govt. appointed Agency.

SC/ST/OBC Hostels Scheme- Foodgrains procured from FCI at BPL rate mentioned above and distributed through the State Govt. appointed Agency.

Where to apply or whom to contact in the Office for applying ?

Districts Offices. However, Under NFSA the Government of India has earmarked i.e 79.83% in the Rural & 61.98% as per Census 2011. Accordingly, basing on the eligibility, identification has been carried out involving District Administration and Town Committee Members in Urban Areas and Village Councils/VDBs in Rural Areas. Hence, inclusion of any new beneficiary can be accommodated as and when beneficiary(ies) expires/ beneficiary(ies) become ineligible or directives from the GOI, for enhancement of beneficiaries.

How to obtain Ration card Nagaland  - Application Form ?

Under TPDS, the Government of India has earmarked the number of beneficiaries under each Scheme. The identification under each scheme is done by the respective district officers of the department and the District Administration concerned involving its agencies like the Gaon Burahs, VDBs, Village Councils, Town Committees, Ward Members etc. Ration cards are issued accordingly to the beneficiaries as per the schemes.
